This book is a series of letters written by Archbishop Fenelon to persons who sought his advice on Christian living and prayer in the 17th Century. Its very helpful for practical suggestions on Christian living and prayer life.

February 2026 The Practice of Biblical Meditation – Campbell McAlpine

I read this book seeking a ‘how to’ guide on Biblical Meditation. It provides great examples of how to do this practice and the testimonies in the book are awesome encouragements.

January 2026 A Serious Call to a Devout and Holy Life – William Law

This book is a Christian classic, especially moving on the topic of our heart attitude and practice of giving to the poor. The earnestness of the book makes it a compelling read. As we approach the New Year the book offers a searchlight on our own Christian walk.
